Shipping and Delivery Information

• Domestic Delivery Fees

  • Clyde, Clyde North, Cranbourne, and Narre Warren: $15.00 AUD
  • Rest of Melbourne and Australia: $25.00 AUD

• Same-Day Delivery
  We offer same-day delivery for orders placed before 1 PM. If, for any reason, we cannot fulfill your order the same day, we will contact you.

• Specific Delivery Times
  If you need your flowers delivered at a specific time, please inform us. While we cannot guarantee an exact delivery time, we do offer a 2-hour or 4-hour delivery service, available for booking by phone.

• Incorrect Delivery Address
  If the wrong delivery address is provided and we are notified of the mistake, we will make every effort to redirect the flowers. Additional delivery fees may apply. If we are not informed of the error, we cannot take responsibility. Please ensure the delivery address is correct when checking out.

• Unavailable Recipient
  If no one is home and the driver determines the flowers can be left safely, they will be left at the delivery location. If the house has a locked gate, no one is home, and we cannot contact the recipient, the flowers will be left with a neighbor. If the flowers are returned to the shop, an additional delivery fee will apply, and no refund will be issued for the flowers.

• Missing Deliveries
  If the flowers are not delivered to the correct street address, we will issue a full refund.

Returns Policy

We strive to ensure that all flowers are fresh and meet the quality standards of the photographs shown. If you are dissatisfied with your flowers, please email us a photo, and we will take the necessary steps to resolve the issue.
